Encoded Initial D Battle Stage 3 into high quality MKV h.264 format with Japanese audio, and English subtitles.

There is no dialogue to make subtitles for in Battle Stage 3. I will not be translating the scrolling text, but I included a fan translation from someone else. I don't think it's 100% accurate, but it's better than nothing if you insist on subtitles for the scrolling text.
