Demuxed the Video stream using Makemkv latest, the rest done with eac3to.
Compared all the sources for audio, incl. DVD, the audio is very similar with different intitial-volume levels, the UHD has boosted levels which causes audio to sound very unpleasant at particular scene(s). The arrow BD however is very pleasant overall and non-boosted, so went with the option, commentary also taken from arrow Blu-ray as it does not have a high pass unlike the UHD.
Subtitles taken from the sources mentioned above, English Text based options OCR'd by vevv with fix common errors. Additional subs from WEB added.
Chapter names taken from NTSC DVD (Theatrical) and positioned to the nearest i-frames/scene changes.
