Charlie Sheen is an FBI agent with some psychological issues but gets selected to infiltrate one of the most violent motorcycle gangs in the World to proof they violate ATF laws which include ,drug & gun traffic. The movie is supposed to be a true story that eventually lead to the arrest of one of the Hell's Angels most Dangerous chapters , starring Michael Madsen and also Linda Fiorentino.
