Topaz Video AI - Enhanced from a 2160p WEB-DL source.
I increased the framerate from the default 24fps to 60fps via SVP 4 PRO w/TensorRT RIFE 4.18v2.
I generated 60fps frame-by-fame DV/HDR10+ metadata via Davinci Resolve Studio 19.

TensorRT RIFE is an optimized implementation of the RIFE (Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation) video frame interpolation algorithm, specifically designed to run efficiently on NVIDIA GPUs with Tensor Cores.

RIFE increases the frame rate of a video by intelligently generating new frames between existing ones. This creates smoother motion and reduces judder, particularly in videos with fast action or slow-motion sequences.
